Glenice T. Saddler

Hello! My name is Glenice Saddler. Welcome to ImpactingHumanity.com - the place where I share the convergent evolution of my life, my work, and my love for humanity. With more than 20 years of experience in the development of for-profit and nonprofit organizations, my career began in South Carolina, but I honed my skills while living in New England and serving on the senior management team of a company that I cofounded. This endeavor, along with training at the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center, enabled me to become well-versed in guiding and assisting small businesses in start-up and development. 

Upon my return to South Carolina, I continued my work in the for-profit arena, while also strategically applying my knowledge, skills, and abilities to the nonprofit sector, where I soon found myself immersed in community and economic development, educational equity, and civic engagement. This was my way of giving back for all that had been given to me. As a result, I have emerged as a proven professional with broad and multifaceted competencies, and diverse and interdisciplinary experience across multiple sectors and in various disciplines. An excellent communicator accustomed to working independently and in team environments in both leadership and support roles, I have the ability to exhibit resourcefulness and resiliency, with the creativity and adaptability to find multiple paths and solutions to overcome challenges. 

I have been instrumental in the start-up and development of several organizations, and I have extensive experience with for-profit and nonprofit organizations, public and private sector endeavors, and grassroots initiatives. In all that I do, my primary focus is to make a positive impact on someone's life. I hold a master’s degree in grants administration, and I am currently a doctoral student in education with a focus on transformative leadership, learning, and innovation.
